La Pupusa Factory is definitely a place I feel comfortable going to going for a quick lunch with coworkers, cheap eats with friends, or a solo evening bite.
I give it 5 stars for the fact that you get great food and service that exceeds your expectations considering the prices. A full Pupusa meal would cost me around $5, and the cabbage salad with chips and salsa are unlimited. The other entrees do seem pricey in my opinion, but for the most part the menu is a huge bang for your buck. The waitresses are all also very sweet and make you feel welcome.
I wouldn't suggest that you come to this restaurant with the expectations of anything very gourmet, it's home style food and very casual. It also doesn't get very loud inside of the restaurant so it's a great place to come for conversation without feeling like you're being rushed out. -

I came when it was quite. The service was really nice, and everything tasted good. Had the carne asada which is cooked to order so you can get medium or well done. It came with rice, retried black beans, and a pupusa. This was the first time I had a pupusa, very interesting! I'll have to come back sometime and try something else.

I love this place so much! Being half Cuban and half Honduran, I usually embrace my Cuban side more but every time I come here I remind myself of my roots. I always order a pupusa and an Honduran baleada which makes my mouth water with every single bite and the spicy sauce and repollo that they serve with it makes it even better. The waitresses are always so nice and very attentive, always with a smile. The ambiance is so cozy, I love sitting down and enjoying my meal, almost makes me feel like I'm at my aunts home in Honduras. Living in Miami means that basically 90% of all restaurants are Cuban (nothing wrong with that of course) but this place is the best spot to get that perfect Central American fix!

Came here for lunch and it was extremely packed with no space to wait around. We waited 30 minutes for a table even though there was a whole area opened and people were seating themselves.
Food was good it was very filling - I ordered a bean and cheese papusa. I waited 10 minutes to get the waiter to bring me the slaw that and sauces that usually come with it... it was very upsetting that my food ended up being cold by the time they brought it.
Overall food was good but service was terrible and isn't worth waiting for 30 minutes. Next time I'll try a pick up order or delivery from a 3rd party delivery service. -

It is a pleasant place to have some Pupusa. Sadly, in the past few months the quality has gone down. Idk what happened. These used to be my favorite Pupusas. The waitress forgot half our order, service moves at glacial speed.
